## How to view your billing history

Morgan AI keeps a complete record of every subscription charge so you can track your billing and download receipts.

## Accessing your billing history

1. Open Morgan AI and go to **Settings**
2. Tap **Subscription**
3. Tap **Billing history**

You'll see a list of every charge to your account, including:
- Date of charge
- Amount charged
- Payment method (last 4 digits of card)
- Status (paid, refunded, failed)

## Downloading receipts

To download a receipt for any charge:
1. Tap the charge in your billing history
2. Tap **Download receipt**
3. The receipt opens as a PDF you can save or share

Receipts are useful for expense tracking and tax purposes.

## Billing statements by email

Morgan AI sends an email receipt automatically after each successful charge to the email address on your account. If you're not receiving them, check your spam folder and make sure the email address in your account settings is correct.

## Failed payments

If a payment fails (e.g. expired card), you'll receive an email notification and see a warning in **Settings > Subscription**. To resolve a failed payment:
1. Go to **Settings > Subscription**
2. Tap **Update payment method**
3. Enter your new card details
4. The failed charge will be retried automatically

If payment continues to fail after updating your card, contact us at hello@trymorgan.ai.

## Changing your payment method

To update the card used for your subscription:
1. Go to **Settings > Subscription**
2. Tap **Payment method**
3. Enter your new card details

The change takes effect immediately for future charges.
