How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel your Morgan AI Pro subscription at any time. No penalty, no awkward phone call.

When to cancel by

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Your renewal date is shown in Settings > Subscription.

Steps to cancel

  1. 1Open Morgan AI and go to Settings
  2. 2Tap Subscription
  3. 3Tap Manage subscription
  4. 4Tap Cancel subscription
  5. 5Confirm cancellation

You'll see a confirmation message and receive an email confirming the cancellation.

What happens after you cancel

  • Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • You won't be charged again after the current period ends
  • Your account reverts to the free plan automatically
  • Your data (invoices, expenses, customer records) is preserved
  • Features exclusive to Pro (like recurring invoices and expense scanning) will be paused, but the data remains

Cancelling during a free trial

If you cancel during your 14-day trial, you won't be charged at all. Your trial access continues until the trial period ends, then you revert to free.

Can I get a refund?

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you accidentally started a subscription or were charged unexpectedly, contact us at hello@trymorgan.ai and we'll review your case.

Reactivating after cancellation

Changed your mind? You can reactivate Pro at any time:

  1. 1Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. 2Tap Upgrade to Pro
  3. 3Choose your plan and confirm

If you reactivate within the same billing period you cancelled, your original renewal date applies. Otherwise, a new billing cycle starts.
