How to change your email address
You can update the email address on your Morgan AI account at any time. Here's how.
Steps to change your email
- 1Open Morgan AI and go to Settings
- 2Tap Account > Email address
- 3Enter your new email address
- 4Tap Send verification
- 5Check your new email inbox for a verification link
- 6Tap the link to confirm the change
Your email address is updated once you verify the new address. Until then, your old address remains active.
Why verification is required
Email verification ensures that only you can change your account email. It prevents someone from accidentally or maliciously changing your contact information.
What if I don't receive the verification email?
If the email doesn't arrive within 5 minutes:
- 1Check your spam or junk mail folder
- 2Make sure you entered the email address correctly
- 3Tap Resend verification in the app

Does my email address affect my invoices?
Yes. The email address on your account is where invoice-related notifications are sent. The email your *customers* see on invoices comes from your business profile, which you can set separately under Settings > Business Profile.
Forgot which email you used to sign up?
If you're not sure which email is on your account, tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen and try the emails you commonly use. The password reset will only work for the email address registered with your account.
